"Excellent"
The place is a renovated apartment in the old part of the city. It is between two major streets that are full of good, cheap restaurants, small bars, old churches, museums, and so on. Easily walkable to nearby train stations. For a little extra, the very friendly and helpful owner can pick you up and drop you off at the airport.
